Special Item Processing: Processing times for certain items may vary and can take up to 3-5 weeks, excluding weekends and holidays. This includes, but is not limited to, authentic fur items, certain shoes, and clothing.

  • Exchanges Only: We strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. However, we only accept exchanges for items that are defective or damaged upon receipt. We do not offer refunds.
  • Conditions for Exchanges: To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when it was received. It must also be in its original packaging with all tags attached. Exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.

How to Initiate an Exchange:

If you need to exchange an item, please contact our customer support team at stytbrand@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and details about the product you would like to exchange.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs for exchanges. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the safe return of your item.

Exchange Process: Once we receive your returned item and verify its eligibility for exchange, we will process your exchange request. Depending on stock availability, we will ship out the replacement item as soon as possible.

Note: We reserve the right to refuse any exchanges if the returned item does not meet our exchange policy criteria.
